Returns Policy

We hope you love your purchase from AnthonyShapley.com, but if you are not entirely satisfied, you can return your item(s) to us under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns

  • You have the right to return any item(s) within 14 days from the day you receive your goods, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the product is returned damaged, used, or not in a resellable condition.
  • Certain goods are exempt from being returned: this includes personalised items, perishable goods, intimate items (e.g., underwear), and items sealed for hygiene purposes where the seal has been broken after delivery.

How to Return an Item

  1. Notify Us: Contact us through our Contact Page within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. You will receive a returns authorization and further instructions.
  2. Package Your Return: Ensure the item(s) are securely packaged, ideally using the original packaging. Include proof of purchase (e.g., your invoice or order number).
  3. Ship the Item: You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please note that return shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the item was defective or incorrect due to an error on our part.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:

  • If approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.
  • If your return is rejected (e.g., items not in original condition or damaged), we will notify you, and you will have the option to have the item(s) returned to you at your own cost.

Exchanges

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within 14 days of us confirming the approval:

  • Check your bank account and/or contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If the item you received is faulty or incorrect, please contact us immediately via our Contact Page with details of the issue, including photos if applicable. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate, and any shipping costs for returning faulty or incorrect items will be refunded to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalised or custom-made items.
  • Perishable goods such as food or flowers.
  • Intimate items (e.g., underwear or swimwear) once the hygiene seal has been removed.
  • Items that are sealed for hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery.

Our Legal Rights

Nothing in this Returns Policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a full refund, replacement, or repair if the goods you receive are faulty or misdescribed, and you report this to us within 30 days of receipt.
